What is kisspeptin-10?
Kisspeptins are made from the KISS1 gene and act on the KISS1 receptor (once called GPR54). Kisspeptin-10 is the last ten amino acids of the longer forms, and it’s fully active at the receptor.
In 2003, two research groups found that people with faulty KISS1 receptors don’t go through puberty. That made kisspeptin one of the main switches for GnRH release.
Kisspeptin-10 research
Human studies found kisspeptin-10 raised LH and testosterone in healthy men within minutes. Kisspeptin has also been tested as a trigger for egg maturation in IVF, as a way to lower the risk of ovarian hyperstimulation.
It’s a research peptide and isn’t approved for any use. You can read the clinical work on PubMed.

Measuring and storage
It ships as a freeze-dried (lyophilized) powder in a sealed sterile glass vial. Before reconstitution, keep vials in the fridge at 2 to 8°C, or in the freezer for longer storage, away from light.
To reconstitute, let the vial reach room temperature, then add sterile diluent slowly down the side of the glass. Swirl gently and don’t shake it. As an example, adding 2 mL to a 5 mg vial gives 2.5 mg/mL, so every 0.1 mL holds 250 mcg. Write the date and volume on the vial.
Once mixed, keep it refrigerated and use it within the window your protocol allows. Most labs avoid repeated freezing and thawing of reconstituted peptide, because it can break the chains down.
Lab testing and certificate of analysis
Each batch of this peptide is tested by MZ Biolabs, an independent lab in Arizona, for identity and purity. The current certificate of analysis is dated 10/17/2025 and reports 99.26% purity. Email us for the full COA if you need it for your lab records.
Kisspeptin-10 FAQ
What does kisspeptin-10 do?
It activates the KISS1 receptor, which signals the brain to release GnRH and, in turn, LH and FSH.
Why is it called kisspeptin?
The KISS1 gene was found in Hershey, Pennsylvania, home of Hershey’s Kisses.
How should I store kisspeptin-10?
Refrigerated, sealed and out of light.
Why researchers buy from Sports Technology Labs
Most online peptide sellers don’t publish lab results, or they hide the name of the lab. We do the opposite. Every batch is tested by MZ Biolabs, an independent lab in Arizona, for identity and purity, and we list the COA date and purity on each product page. Peptides are freeze-dried in sterile glass vials and kept refrigerated until they ship.
Shipping, returns and support
Orders over $149 ship free inside the US, and express shipping is there at checkout if you’re short on time. Everything we sell is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee. Questions about a batch, a COA or an order? Email us and a real person will answer.
