Sports Technology Labs terms and conditions

Research use only

All products sold by Sports Technology Labs are intended for laboratory research use only. They are not for human or veterinary use, are not dietary supplements, food or cosmetics, and have not been approved by the FDA. By ordering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and that you'll handle and use products only for lawful research in line with the laws where you live.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is listed at the wrong price or if we suspect the order breaks these terms. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Payment

Payment is taken when you place your order. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may cancel the order. All payments are processed by third-party providers, and we don't store full card details.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Returns and refunds are covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee, explained on our shipping and returns page.

Product information

We work hard to keep product descriptions, specifications and test results accurate. Information on this site, including summaries of published research, is provided for general information only and is not medical advice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Sports Technology Labs is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use or misuse of our products or website. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Your account

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Website use and intellectual property

All text, images and design on this site belong to Sports Technology Labs. Please don't copy them without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, for example by attempting to break its security.

If anything in these terms and conditions is unclear, email us before you place an order and we'll explain it. Our products haven't been evaluated by the FDA, and these terms exist partly to make that clear.

We review the terms and conditions from time to time, and any change applies to orders placed after it's published.

If a dispute comes up, please email us first. Most problems can be fixed with a refund or a replacement much faster than any formal process, and we'll always try that route before anything else. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits rights you have under the consumer laws where you live. If any single part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of them still apply. Keep a copy of your order confirmation email, since it shows the version of the terms that covered your purchase.
