What is LGD-4033 powder?
LGD-4033 (ligandrol, VK5211) is a non-steroidal SARM from Ligand Pharmaceuticals. Its binding affinity for the androgen receptor is very high, around 1 nM, and it’s selective for muscle and bone.
That high affinity is why it’s often called one of the strongest SARMs per milligram, and why careful weighing matters so much with the powder.

Basaria and colleagues published the first human study in 2013: 76 healthy young men took LGD-4033 or placebo for 21 days. Lean body mass rose with dose, and the drug was well tolerated, though HDL and total testosterone fell at higher doses and recovered after stopping.
