What is liquid RAD-150?

RAD-150 is RAD-140 with a benzoate ester attached through an esterification reaction. Esters are commonly added to compounds to slow their release and stretch out the half-life, and that’s the idea here: steadier levels with less frequent dosing in experimental models.

The ester also changes the molecule’s weight and stability. RAD-150’s molar mass is 497.93 g/mol, compared with 393.83 g/mol for RAD-140.

What research exists on RAD-150

Honestly, not much. There are no published human or animal studies on RAD-150 itself. What we know comes from its parent, RAD-140, which has been studied in monkeys and rats for lean mass, and in a phase I trial for breast cancer.
