What’s in the RAD-140 and RU-58841 stack?
RAD-140 (testolone) is a high-affinity SARM from Radius Health with a long reported half-life and a strong anabolic profile in animal models. RU-58841 is a topical androgen receptor antagonist designed to block DHT at the hair follicle without lowering blood androgen levels.
RAD-140 activates androgen receptors. RU-58841 blocks them locally when applied to skin, without lowering androgen levels in the blood.
Research behind the RAD-140 and RU-58841 stack
RAD-140 can free up testosterone bound to SHBG, which may raise androgen activity in the scalp. RU-58841 was developed to block that kind of activity at the follicle. Its research comes from macaques, hamsters and human scalp grafts on mice.

Measuring and storage
Liquid testolone comes with a graduated 1 mL glass pipette. Liquid RU-58841 uses a pump instead, and each press delivers 1/6 mL (about 8.3 mg at 50 mg/mL). Keep the two clearly labelled, since one is studied systemically and the other topically.
Store both bottles upright, capped and away from heat and direct sunlight. Room temperature is fine.
