What’s in the LGD-4033 and YK-11 stack?
LGD-4033 (ligandrol) binds the androgen receptor at around 1 nM, one of the highest affinities of any SARM, and has phase I and II human data. YK-11 is a steroidal partial androgen receptor agonist. In muscle cells it raises follistatin, which in turn blocks myostatin.
LGD-4033 is a full, high-affinity SARM. YK-11 is a partial agonist with a steroid backbone, and in cell studies it raised follistatin, which inhibits myostatin.
Research behind the LGD-4033 and YK-11 stack
LGD-4033 has phase I and II human data. YK-11’s evidence is mostly from cell culture, with a few rat studies and human case reports of liver injury. That imbalance is worth keeping in mind.
