Description
The BPC-157 and TB-500 stack pairs the two most studied repair peptides in our range. You get one 5 mg vial of each for $119, which saves $9 over buying them separately.

The vials are the same as our single products, BPC-157 5 mg and TB-500 5 mg. If you also want GHK-Cu, the GHK-Cu glow stack adds a third vial. More bundles are in our peptide stacks.
What’s in the BPC-157 and TB-500 stack?
BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid peptide from a gastric protein, studied mainly in rats for tendon, gut and muscle repair. TB-500 is synthetic thymosin beta-4, a 43-amino-acid protein that binds actin and affects cell movement.
They’re thought to work in different ways. BPC-157 research points to blood vessel growth and nitric oxide signalling, while thymosin beta-4 helps cells migrate into damaged tissue.
Research behind the BPC-157 and TB-500 stack
Each peptide has its own body of animal research on wound and tissue repair. BPC-157’s comes mostly from the University of Zagreb, and thymosin beta-4’s includes a 2004 Nature paper on heart repair in mice and later human eye-drop trials.
There’s no published study of the two together. Read the BPC-157 work on PubMed.

Measuring and storage
Peptides ship as a freeze-dried (lyophilized) powder in a sealed sterile glass vial. Before reconstitution, store vials in the fridge at 2 to 8°C, or in the freezer for longer storage, away from light.
To reconstitute, let the vial reach room temperature, then add sterile diluent slowly down the side of the glass. Swirl gently and don’t shake it. Once mixed, keep it refrigerated and use it within the time frame your protocol allows.
Lab testing and certificate of analysis
Both vials in the BPC-157 and TB-500 stack come from batches tested by MZ Biolabs, an independent Arizona lab. The current COA is dated 07/03/25 and shows 99.85% purity. Ask us for the full certificates any time.
BPC-157 and TB-500 stack FAQ
Why stack BPC-157 with TB-500?
Both are studied in repair models, but through different mechanisms, so researchers often compare or combine them.
How much is in each vial?
5 mg of each peptide, freeze-dried.
How much does the stack save?
$9 compared with buying the two vials on their own.
Why researchers buy from Sports Technology Labs
Most online peptide sellers don’t publish lab results, or they hide the name of the lab. We do the opposite. Every batch is tested by MZ Biolabs, an independent lab in Arizona, for identity and purity, and we list the COA date and purity on each product page. Peptides are freeze-dried in sterile glass vials and kept refrigerated until they ship.
Shipping, returns and support
Orders over $149 ship free inside the US, and express shipping is there at checkout if you’re short on time. Everything we sell is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee. Questions about a batch, a COA or an order? Email us and a real person will answer.
