What is andarine powder?
Andarine (S4, GTx-007) came out of work at the University of Tennessee and GTx Inc. in the early 2000s. It’s a partial agonist of the androgen receptor, with strong activity in muscle and bone and weak activity in the prostate.
Because it’s a partial agonist with a short half-life, research protocols for S4 typically use more material than for LGD-4033 or RAD-140.

Rat studies found S4 restored muscle strength and bone density in castrated animals. In an osteoporosis model, 8 weeks of S4 raised bone mineral density and lowered body fat. It also reduced prostate weight in a way researchers compared to finasteride.
The odd one out is vision. S4 can bind receptors in the eye, and high doses have been linked to yellow-tinted vision and trouble seeing in low light, both temporary. The studies are on PubMed.
